System restore restores your system to a different state that it was in before which means that whatever programs where on there now will be deleted and the CPU would think they never existed. ok now to answer your Question. you can do a disk clean up and a disk defragmenter. a Disk clean up cleans up your disk and cleans it by deleting stuff that isn’t needed. disk defragmenter fixes fragments on your computer that cause it to slow down. that pretty much all you can do to make it faster other than deleting things you dont need. the way to get to both of the things are by going to my computer an Right clicking on the hard drive disk (Local disk C:) then click on properties which is at the bottom of the tab thing then you come to the properties page. then you click on tools which should be right next to the tab your on then you will see disk clean up and disk defragmenter. then you will be set to go. it should help a little bit. your welcome
